The contact bolt of the electromagnetic switch is a key component in the electromagnetic switch, and its main function is to achieve the connection and disconnection of the circuit under the action of the magnetic field. According to different application requirements, electromagnetic switch contact bolts can be divided into various types and have different working principles and characteristics.
Normal open circuit type: This type of magnetic switch is in an open state when there is no external magnetic field (normal open circuit). When the permanent magnet approaches the switch, the ferrite contact pieces on the contact bolt are magnetized and attracted to each other, thus quickly closing.
Normal closed circuit type: In this case, the magnetic switch is in a closed state without an external magnetic field (normal closed circuit). When a polarized magnet with a South Pole field approaches the switch, the two contact bolts attract each other due to the same polarity, causing the switch to open.
Reversing type: The reversing type magnetic switch includes a movable contact bolt and two fixed contact bolts. When there is no magnetic field acting, the movable contact bolt is held by the spring force on the fixed disconnected contact bolt. When the activated magnet approaches, the movable contact bolt will be attracted by the working contact bolt, thereby disconnecting the fixed contact bolt and quickly closing the working contact bolt.
Bidirectional open circuit and reversing type: These types of magnetic switches use polarized magnets to achieve more complex control logic. For example, when the red north pole permanent magnet approaches, the magnetic switch contact piece will close; When the blue South Pole permanent magnet approaches, it will open again.
