Q4: Is the Sample Free?

A: We will provide samples free of charges, you only need to bear the freight. If you want to customize the samples, you need to pay the proofing fee.

A: The sample production date is 7 days, and the mass production date is 15 days, which will be confirmed based on the formal order.(depending on Product & Quantity)

Q6: What are the shipping methods?

A:We can choose DHL, Fedex, UPS, as well as sea or air transportation.

A: Our payment terms are usually 30% T.T deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.
