1.Are we a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer. We have professional pre-sales and after-sales service staff to serve you.
2.What are the shipping methods?
A: We can choose DHL, Fedex, UPS, as well as sea or air transportation.
3.What are the payment terms?
A: Our payment terms are usually 30% T.T deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.
4.Do you provide samples? Are the samples free?
A: We generally provide samples for free, but the freight should be paid by the customer.
