| A: We are responsible for quality control not only of the production line, but also of the entire ready-made order. Each order needs to be inspected in detail before shipment. |
| Q4: Is the Sample Free? |
| A: We will provide samples free of charges, you only need to bear the freight. If you want to customize the samples, you need to pay the proofing fee. |
| Q5: What is the Lead Time for Sample and Mass Production? |
| A: The sample production date is 7 days, and the mass production date is 15 days, which will be confirmed based on the formal order.(depending on Product & Quantity) |

A:We can choose DHL, Fedex, UPS, as well as sea or air transportation.

| A: Our payment terms are usually 30% T.T deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment. |

| A: Yes, but the minimum order quantity requirements are different for different models. Please feel free to contact us with drawings of the products, such as color and material. |

| A: Yes, we can provide OEM and ODM. If you can't find the products you need in our website, you can send pictures/photos and drawings of the products you need by email, or you can send us samples by DHL/UPS, then we can develop new models for you |
