Brass washer is a widely used component in mechanical and industrial fields, typically made of brass alloy. The main characteristics of brass washers include good mechanical properties, good plasticity in hot and cold states, good machinability, easy brazing and welding, corrosion resistance, and low price.

The material of brass gaskets is mainly H62 brass, with a copper (Cu) content of 60.5-63.5% in its chemical composition. This brass has high hardness at room temperature and is suitable for parts that can withstand large loads. In addition, α+β two-phase brass can be hot processed at temperatures above 600 ºC, demonstrating excellent processing performance.
The application of brass washers is very extensive and can be used to manufacture various load-bearing parts, such as pins, rivets, washers, nuts, conduits, pressure gauge springs, screens, radiator parts, etc. They are usually located between the bolt and its fixing surface, used to protect the surface of the connected part from being scratched by the nut and to disperse the pressure of the nut on the connected part.
