The strength of the dry hanging stone curtain wall itself involves the thickness, length, width, size of the stone, and the fixing method of the dry hanging. According to the Technical Specification for Metal and Stone Curtain Wall Engineering (JGJl33-2001), the thickness of the stone used for stone curtain walls should not be less than 25mm, the area of the stone should not exceed 1.5 square meters, and stainless steel pendants are generally used. Angle steel connectors, stainless steel hangers, bolts, welding rods, and structural adhesives should all have material certificates, factory certificates, and inspection reports.
The structural stability of the main and secondary frames (i.e. columns and beams) of dry hanging should meet the design requirements. Considering the convenience of engineering construction, the arrangement of columns should be coordinated with the arrangement of vertical joints in the stone; The arrangement of the crossbeam should be coordinated with the arrangement of the transverse joints of the stone. The size of column channel steel and beam angle steel used in the project should meet the design requirements.
According to seismic requirements, the connecting parts welded to the main body are made of Q235 low carbon steel, and their chemical composition, mechanical properties, including yield point, should comply with the national standard "GB700-88". All other hanging parts are made of stainless steel plates (stainless steel material is 0Cr18Ni9), and their chemical composition, strength limit, elongation and other physical properties are tested according to the "GB4237-92" standard. The hanging parts should have load-bearing shear and deflection tests. The welding rod adopts E4303 carbon steel welding rod, which should comply with the national standard GB5117-85.
